6medium carrots - about 2 cups shredded
2medium nectarines - diced
Small bunch cilantro - chopped
¼cuplime or lemon juice
1tablespoonolive oil
Pinchof cinnamon
½teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonblack pepper
¼cuptoasted cashews - chopped
Instructions
